I am an American patriot and supporter of appropriate progressive causes and the Constitution. I do not fit in to the traditional left-right model, but I am not a centrist or moderate and I despise the concept. There isn’t good and simple way to present what I want but two of the titles I’ve thought of are Pro(gressive)-Right and Alt(ernative)-Red with red referring to the American right. I’ve been a quasi Republican pinko since long before it became a trend to be a conservative redgelord. When I was a relatively conservative pinko at 18, I took the Red Pill and realized that racism and sexism were still problems and not just quaint ideas that only a few old farts and extremists still believe. These problems still aren’t as prevalent as Marxists and other regressives want us to believe. A lot of millennials who like to believe that racism and sexism were solved long before they were born, grew up or were born during a time of severe inequality. Taking the Red Pill was made possible by leftists who weren’t crazy and who presented rational arguments why they were right.
I like a lot of libertarians and their ideas, but Libertarianism is as bad as Marxism. They both have the same end goal (or at least a very similar end goal with a few essential differences) and they will both end up the same way, except libertarians want to trade government oppression for private oppression. Constitutional rights are meaningless if private groups can take them away.
